Animals are your real economy

In +1 Strength for Eggs, Dumbbells raise Strength so you can break walls, but Animals are what pay for the late game. You steal or find Eggs in biomes, carry them to the Safe Zone / base, hatch them into Animals, place them on your farm, then upgrade so they earn more Cash — including offline earnings while you are away from the 5-player servers.

If your Strength climb feels fine but every Dumbbell purchase stalls, you usually need better Animals, more placements, or a smarter sell-versus-keep plan. Start with Best Animals after you finish this hub overview.

Core Animal loop

1. Train Strength with your best Dumbbell.
2. Break the next wall to open richer biomes (wall guide).
3. Grab Eggs (or steal contested ones) in Forest, Beach, Desert, Arctic, Volcano, Void, Cloudlands, or Ancient Egypt.
4. Carry Eggs to the Safe Zone / base without getting reset by failed runs.
5. Hatch Eggs into Animals and place them where they earn.
6. Upgrade Animals and base slots as Cash allows.
7. Optionally Rebirth for Cash multipliers — Dumbbells stay.

Placement, upgrades, and offline Cash

Placed Animals generate Cash over time. Upgrades raise that rate; leaving them placed is what enables offline earnings when you log off. Before a long break:

• Hatch anything sitting in inventory.
• Place your highest-multiplier Animals (mutated pets first).
• Spend spare Cash on upgrades that finish before you quit — unfinished upgrade queues help less than live earners.
• Bank risky Eggs in the Safe Zone rather than logging out mid-carry.

Offline Cash is why a mediocre but placed Animal beats an “amazing” Egg you never hatched. Consistency wins.

Mutations multiply Animal output

Mutations apply powerful multipliers on top of the base Animal:

Index and collection goals

The Animal index tracks what you have discovered. Claiming index rewards is free progression — do it whenever new hatches register. Deep walkthrough: Animal Index. Scripts often advertise Auto Claim Index for a reason; manually, open the index after every biome unlock or mutation hatch so you do not leave rewards sitting.

Collection goals also tell you which biomes still hide missing Eggs. If Arctic and Volcano are complete but Ancient Egypt entries are empty, push that wall next (Ancient Egypt update). As of mid-Oct 2026, Egypt remains the newest named biome.

Farm space and offline Cash

Mutated pets only print if they have somewhere to sit. When Rainbow / Diamond hatches are stuck in inventory, buy Farm Expansion slots before another deep-biome steal. Offline earnings scale with placed multipliers — empty boards waste the whole Animal system.

Selling versus keeping

Not every hatch deserves a forever slot:

• Keep mutated Animals (especially Rainbow / Diamond), unique index fillers, and high earners that beat your weakest placed pet.
• Sell duplicates that lose to your board, low-tier biomes you have outgrown, and clutter blocking hatch/place actions.
• After a Rebirth, re-check whether Cash multipliers make upgrading keepers better than panic-selling for one more Dumbbell.

Synergy with Strength and Rebirth

Animals do not replace Dumbbells — they fund them. A clean cycle looks like:

Train → break wall → egg run → hatch/place → upgrade / expand farm → buy next Dumbbell → repeat → Rebirth when multipliers outpace another grind hour.
