In +1 Strength for Eggs, the equipped Dumbbell sets your training rate. That Strength/s number is how fast you smash walls, reach richer biomes, and haul rarer Eggs home. Animals print Cash; dumbbells turn Cash into map access. Buying the best affordable dumbbell is usually the fastest way to accelerate the whole loop.
There are 43 dumbbells. The starter Wood Dumbbell is free at 15 Strength/s. The top Celestial Void Star costs $2.62Qi and trains at 875k/s. Most purchases use in-game Cash from Animals (including offline earnings). Many shop entries also list a Robux skip price.

How the shop works
- Open the Dumbbells shop near your training area.
- Buy the next tier you can afford with Cash (or Robux).
- Equip it — your Strength/s readout should match the listed rate.
- Train on the pad or swing manually until the next wall breaks.
If a dumbbell still shows a purchase price, you do not own it yet. Confirm ownership after rebirths; gear should remain unlocked.
